Poor performance, tax payers wait for hours just to have things printed out for collection such as tax directives etc. The consultants get up from their counters after every query or two only to come back with teas and coffees. Everyone's entitled to breaks but these guys spend more time in backrooms than anywhere else. Seeing 4 or 5 out of 21 counters being occupied here at most hours is a common sight here, i wouldn't recommend this branch

Policies and requirements change without anybody knowing. Even after the busy tax season, you will wait between 90 and 120 minutes to even have the smallest query resolved. Tickets are not issued after 1pm but the doors only close at 4pm, even when the waiting room is almost empty.

For the professional service I would easily give 5 stars, however the waiting are at least 30 minutes to an hour. The seats and waiting area are nice and clean, but seats are very uncomfortable. I don't see any signage indicating where the rest rooms are. Security is good, if not excessive.only 5 of the 21 counters where 'manned' for the duration of my wait.

The experience was decent considering the amount of people that needed to be helped. The wait was long but the service itself was efficient

Sars should consider closing down thos brach the most useless, they close tge doors anytime they want, even if it happens that you are lucky and find them operating you will wait hours cause agents work at their own pace and most of them are empty tax season is always a night mare for us.

This branch is not bad they move fast enough to keep you waiting for about an hour, however what I fail to understand why there were 3 counters counter number 17, 18 and 19 ; on small business counter 2 and 3 open. Then counter 5 a woman just seats and bussy on the computer and helps no one. If this is moving fast imagine if all these countets that I mention of, if there were people helping it would be be really perfect.
