I have been coming to Dr. Barino, for years. I miss one appointment and I'm charged a 25.00 fee that the receptionist states can't be waived once flagged red by the doctor. Now understand this I do get the late or NCNS rules but, when you have someone as loyal as me you would think they have some type of compassion especially at the Doctors office. When there has been times I've called and couldn't speak to someone or better yet I leave a voicemail and never get a call back. It's totally okay when they don't answer or call you back. At this stage I'm overly frustrated with everything I've been through with this facility you would think they have some decency. At this stage this leaves me with know other choice to seek another primary doctor who can tend to all my needs. I wouldn't recommend this facility very unorganized and a lack of respect for their patients who are keeping them in business.
Dr Barino is the best primary care I have had, she knows her stuff and helps you find affordable remedies.
Why I have to rate one star is beyond me. It deserves nothing. Upon getting checked in by the urse\ I was already unhappy with the place. It's run down. Not exactly doctor office standards. But then again it is Bolingbrook. Went to the back to have my vitals taken. Without asking and even noticing the brace on my arm the urse\ decides he wants to pull my sleeve up. And not gingerly. My arm was in enough pain as it is, thanks for making it worse. He then puts the sleeve for the blood pressure machine on it and starts it. The pain was horrible. Then the urse\ has the adassity to ask if it hurt. Really? Then the experience with the doctor. To make a long story short. I had to tell her where the rotator cuff is located. This office is a joke. Find a better doctor. I will be.
She helped me find cheaper options with medicine when I couldn’t afford it. Nice doctor
This place needs Jesus. They're impossible to deal with.
