We tried to work with Quad Express for over a year. We were overcharged on many shipments, and when shipments were damaged they still demanded full payment. Their reps only work to get you signed up but provide no support or help later on. The accounting department just threatens to sue and damage your company's credit rating if you don't pay them off (even when they fail to deliver or damage goods). They are irresponsible, dishonest, vindictive and repulsive. Worst logistics company we have worked with in our 40 years of business.
