I came in here for blood work and the whole experience was great. I love the ability to just walk in without having to schedule an appointment. I would mention that their phone system is kind of annoying. But the office itself is super pleasant. The whole process took less than an hour, which includes check in, paperwork, and the tests themselves. The waiting room was clean and pleasant to sit it. The best is that they work directly with the doctors office and do the paperwork behind the scenes. Overall the ease of the visit was quick and smooth. I didn’t have a single issue with anything.

I honestly have to say this is the best customer service I have ever received. The staff Angel is truly an angel. She was pleasant and polite and used a butterfly needle for me as I am not the best with needles. She tried to ease my anxiety by speaking softly when taking my blood. Just never met someone so kind hearted.
