We don't charge for what we do. We offer coaching, workshops and promotion events for our talent members and we push to get our members known. Yet, we don't seek to make a profit. We don't charge our talent members for our services or for the PR. We seek to empower women and promote their visibility. We want to change the way the world sees women of ethnicity. We want to encourage women of ethnic backgrounds to jump out into the world and play their banjo, play it loud!
