I have been going to Benchmark Physical Therapy in Bolivia on and off for the last 15 months….first when I had arthroscopic knee surgery and most recently when I had a full knee replacement on first my left knee and then my right knee. Maureen is an amazing physical therapist. I attribute a great deal of my success in gaining full mobility to her wonderful care. It is now not quite 3 months since my last surgery and I feel that I have almost totally recovered. I am now walking for an hour a day or on my exercise bike for an hour a day. The entire staff at Benchmark is wonderful. Brittany makes scheduling of appointments very easy and is great to follow up on all paperwork and appointments. Ally is a delight and it is nice to spend time recovering in a clinical office with everyone participating to ensure patients are treated with excellent care. The clinic is immaculate with all equipment cleaned after every patient’s use. Thanks to all of you. I miss you and Happy New Year!

The entire staff at Benchmark in Southport is amazing! I highly recommend this facility. My first contact was with Brittany, the receptionist. She was so friendly and knowledgeable when I called to set up my first appointment. She made me feel welcome when I first walked in the door and each time throughout my treatment. She is a real asset to Benchmark! Maureen was the physical therapist who worked with me. She is extremely caring and always listened to any concerns or questions I had throughout my treatment. She is a top notch PT and really knows her business. She was always upbeat and made my appointments pleasant. She helped me tremendously. I am so thankful for her. Surprisingly, I looked forward to my sessions and will miss the entire staff at Benchmark. Everyone I came in contact with could not have been any nicer to me. So nice to see how they all worked together and willing to pitch in and help one another. I had an amazing experience!

What a professional, outstanding group! From the receptionist Brittany to the PT assistant Sierra to the Therapist Maureen, Dan and Alli you are in the hands of great people that help speed your recovery to a healthy life. They all are friendly and helpful and all of them are there for everyone that walks through their door. I would highly recommend this group. They all go out of their way to make you feel important and cared for.
