Botanica Lab is AMAZING! Vegan. Raw. Delicious. Call ahead to make a reservation as this place is always booked. Do yourself a favor and stop by here the next time you’re in Bologna. It’s a must. Great atmosphere, and the food is so good. You won’t be disappointed! ️

For the first time I could take my parents to a vegan restaurant without worrying about their reaction. The pastas offer a good variety of options, all with creative and tasty combinations of flavors. The ingredients are clearly of great quality and super fresh. The drinks are mainly organic and super refreshing perfect for hot summer days. Despite arriving at the restaurant outside traditional lunch hour the service was quite quick and extra friendly. Only negative side was for me the dessert. In itself it was really tasty and summery, just now what you would expect for a cheesecake. I’ll gladly go back to taste the other items in the menu. A really good restaurant that happens to be vegan.
After 4days of pizza and pasta I really wanted something different and found this gem. Staff and food were extremely good. Prices are very affordable. Really enjoyed my Buddha bowl. Also book ahead as a busy little spot.
We thought it was great that there is such a restaurant in Bologna. That's why we went to the Botanica Lab twice. The service was friendly every time. The food was all right.
You have to eat here.. Wife and I are not vegan, but the food exceeded expectation and excels many restaurants that aren't vegan based. Flavour, texture, colour... Top marks. Would go out of our way to revisit.
