Covid19 lockdown #3: shop was closed to visitors but I was able to purchase a ukulele and accessories via email and home delivery service. Brilliant. Thanks to Colin and Jean I am now learning to play an instrument. First class service.

When we moved to Bolton a few years ago from London one thing that worried us was how our daughter (4 years then) would cope around having to look for best tuition in extra curricular interests. Little did we know that we would be blessed to walk into a music school which has brilliant tutors and also which houses the world's oldest musical instruments shop, Booths Music Shop & School. Our daughter was welcome into a family of musical talents and tutors in every respect. She was introduced to Piano which she instantly fell in love with. Fast forward, as part of her school curriculum she took guitar lessons and was more than happy to be supported into purchasing a guitar by Tom and Gill the owners of Booths Music Shop and School. This was a brilliant purchase and to date nearly two years on, the guitar has not let us down. All we can say to Gill, Tom and team, a big heartfelt thank you.

Absolutely brilliant, small family run business that delivers a top quality service both on whatever musical instruments you want to do to absolutely spot on advice about anything musical.
