I studied with them for my level 2 in 2013 and level 4 in 2018/19. I'll be looking to study with them again also. the tutors are knowledgeable, keep you on track (during distance learning), you have great coursework to fill out and are able to ask any questions on your tutor booked calls. Very professional team, excellent course materials also. I want to give a special thanks to Kirsty. After moving this year with a newborn on my own (partner ill) I'd misplaced my L4 course manual, I needed it to brush up on my course for clients. Kirsty was so helpful and understanding. She helped sort this for me, I am so grateful to her and the team who ok'd this for me. Huge thanks

Their sales rep James is very poor. His lack of basic customer service skills is quite shocking. Twice James has spoken to myself and not done what he says he would. He rang today not even realising that we'd already spoke to one another.

I have done my level 2 and 3 personal training with focus training, in terms of tutors they were fine. But in terms of customer service, and the way focus training speaks over the phone is really unprofessional. Also their deposit refund procedure is a hassle and you would have to wait 16 to 18 weeks despite whatever they tell you. I have been told soon as i receive the qualifications i will also receive the refund straight away but now that i received the qualifications they say 16 to 18 weeks, i am still waiting.
