The cable on the garage door broke on Wednesday afternoon and I was able to get it down and secure with the help of a friend. I found Garage Repair Medic on Google and phoned on Wednesday evening, leaving a message on the answerphone. Dave phoned back within 30 minutes, understood the problem and quoted the likely cost. He was able to offer a visit on Thursday afternoon. Dave arrived as promised, replaced the parts that had failed and serviced the 21 year old door. From breakage to fixed in 24 hours! Dave expertly repaired my garage door and gave the mechanism a full service. Excellent service at a fair price. He turned up on time, completed the job professionally and quickly.
