I participated in Lisa Dahl's Meal Planning 101 Workshop. I learned a ton, ate delicious food and had a wonderful time connecting with the group of women she gathered. I highly recommend working with Lisa. She's a gem!
Lisa is a beautiful woman inside and out! My mother of the bride or groom tell me they want lose about 50 pounds before they order their dress for the wedding. It's a life style change to want to lose a lot of weight. It takes time. Lisa's wellness program is a great fit for my clients. I am so happy I met Lisa, she is just what my clients need!
I attend Lisa’a Meal planning 101 workshop it was fantastic, the food amazing and easy. The information was very helpful. Her office / home Beautiful really makes it real and feel possible. Lisa, truly listens and value's her clients, present and past. I can't say enough about how, with her guidance and tutorials my relationship with food, thought process regarding food and eating has changed for the better. Enlightening! The journey I took with Lisa was eye-opening. I am so appreciative of her optimism and insight. When I was given the suggestion to take on a gluten-free and dairy-free lifestyle, I thought it was the end of the world - I'd be reading food labels for hours in the grocery store and I would never find the "right" recipe for me and my children. But after taking stock of the type of person I am (resilient) and that I love food (and I do), Lisa/A Studio at 68 guided me to a new way of thinking. I've learned that I've had the tools all along (just didn't know how to use them) - so now I really think about the meals we will be preparing, I have many more veggies available and I have taken the time for me via self-care with meditation before bed. It's made a difference! Thank you, Lisa for your kindess, support and never-ending warmth!
