Occasion Cakes made the cake for our wedding in February and it was absolutely incredible! We have had so many compliments on the look and taste of the cake and we honestly could not have been happier with the end result. Waited three weeks to avoid furious knee jerk reaction to disappointment of attempting to collect cake a day before big birthday which looked nothing vaguely like what was discussed when ordering or the photograph provided. Appreciate it is not a photographic reproduction but to not even recognise cake on collection says it all. Some staff were particularly rude and indifferent, clearly expecting overwhelming gratitude at what a great job they thought they had done and total refusal to consider full refund, just an offer to have another go - 24 hours to party and weeks to get it right first time . AVOID if you don’t want to be disappointed.
