I attended this location for the first time after great reviews from friends and thought I would give it a try. I was very hesitant at first due to COVID but I was very impressed with the way how procedures are done. I had to text the store cellphone upon arrival, Was advised to wait in car until they were ready, received a text to come front door with mask on and was greeted at front door by staff and given instructions what to do. I noticed inside that staff were spraying down seats and counters after use. Maintain social distancing at all times and the fact that customers couldn’t walk in or just wait was great. The staff was very professional and knew what they were doing, I have been to different salons and overall I can say I will be returning to this location as they knew how to treat nails and not just do as requested. Other locations won’t tell you that the type of nails you want is good or bad. They just do it. I wish other salons were as professional as they were.
I have been going here for years and not once did they disappoint. No matter who does my nails they are always perfect. On is so nice and so fun to be around also, they actually include you in conversations unlike other places.
A blissful and excellent pedicure in very pleasant surroundings from a skilled lady who was fun to chat with. I shall definitely become a regular.
Looks like a regular nail shop when you walk in but the staff are nice. Jessica is the best! She listens to what you want. Highly recommend asking for her when booking!
