Ron was quick and efficient fixing our laptop. He was willing and ready to answer any questions I had and was very attentive to our needs.

I have had 3 separate transactions with Ron from R & A Systems recently. Ron is very knowledgeable and answers any questions you may. He explains things simply for those of us that are not computer literate. I would recommend him to anyone that may be in need of a repair, gently used or new products. Prices are good.
We asked Ron to sort out our wifi access so that we would have stable internet when several family members needed to work at the same time, and also to have wider access around the property. He researched the best solution for us and installed the system -- it has been great and has revolutionized where and how we can work. Ron has sorted out all my dad's computer needs for many years - he is now 92 and Ron gives a great service making sure everything is set up so it's clear and understandable for those who didn't grow up in the digital era.
