If you love getting put on hold for an extremely long time this pharmacy is for you! Hire more staff if you cannot keep up with the workflow. Will be going to an independent pharmacy to receive more exceptional customer service.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. I’ve picked up medication multiple times here and each time I’ve been ignored... pharmacists act like they don’t see or hear you when you approach the desk. I also had an issue where I was overcharged for a medication and as I went back to address it, the pharmacist acted like I was the one at fault. She said she refunded me but when I left the store I noticed that she recharged me the same amount. Didn’t even bother to go back in and argue again with her. Ridiculous and frustrating. Will not be returning to Rexall to pick up my prescriptions.
The service and cleanliness in this store is top notch. The staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to serve customers. Special thank you to Jason who was just heading on a break from post office duty and paused his break to check-in all my packages. This customer service doesn’t go unnoticed and is very much appreciated.
