I have used Scan for years with them being local. I have used them to a great extent over the last 4-6 weeks and spent a great deal with them as you can imagine, building a whole new gaming system including monitor! The last 2 products I purchased have been heavily discounted the day after me buying them, so I have asked if it would be possible to get the difference refunded as I missed out by one day and well within the 2 week return window. They have refused to do this and are making me physically return the items by post and re order them at the discounted price! I will be returning the items yes but will not be re ordering! I will be ordering from elsewhere from now on if this is how repeat customers are treated.
