Customer service isnt the best, but a least there isnt a line up!
I have been dealing with this Service Ontario branch for years and have nothing but praise for 2 individuals. Both Christine & John have ALWAYS been great to deal with. Friendly, Respectful, Cheerful and always pleasent to deal with.
Such long lines. Also, some of the members there do not seem too knowledgeable. Especially the old lady that works there. She added MY information to the driver record, and asked my dad to sign. The car was supposed to be registered in my dad's name, so why did she write in MY driver's card number?? Anyway. if anything happens, I point the finger at them.
I been going there since 1994 when we're across the street they always treated me excellent
