Terrible customer service and problem solving skills by the pharmacy staff. There seems to be a decrease in service since what appears to be new management that took over. Extremely long wait times, false promises, poor management, poor customer service and satisfaction. Do yourself the favour and support another pharmacy that actually wants your prescription. On numerous occasions there has always been an issue with this pharmacy not only for myself but for all my family/friends. Uncalled for! Keep up the great work.

Amazing store
I was in severe pain after an oral surgery yesterday and needed to get prescription painkillers fast. Since I already had to deal with this pharmacy in the past and was aware that the service there is ridiculously slow, I had my wife call the store to ask them to prepare the order to avoid having me wait in line in my condition. They said to come in 20 minutes, yet when we got there in 30, we were told they are not ready and were asked to wait another 20 minutes. And so I ended up pacing the isles trying my best not to vomit from the pain, while they took their sweet time counting 16 tablets. This is, hands down, the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. Not in terms of stock (they usually have what you need), but their unprofessional and inconsiderate staff.
The most useless pharmacy possible, avoid at all costs. They have always been extremely slow, and I could tolerate that, but the last time they lost prescription that my Dr faxed to them and just said to me they never received it. I did confirm with my Dr that the prescription was faxed over to them and what date it was. I am never using them again. The store itself is fine.
