I pre-ordered my TV online in October. I rang a number of times to check on the progress and was always able to speak to someone straight away who was helpful & informative. As soon as the TV became available, I was e-mailed and delivery was scheduled within a few days. The TV arrived as promised and delivery was great. I am very pleased with my new TV and would not hesitate to use Simply Electricals again or to recommend to friends.

When looking for a new TV it was really easy to find the one I wanted. Harder though, to select the right supplier. I wanted someone local that also offered the service I need.
