Got the deal I wanted great customer service
As our contracts with Three were coming to an end we decided to go to the Bolton store to check our options. We were greeted by a very polite young man - Tom. He sat us down and asked what type of ‘phone we were interested in, he then went to the Stock room and came back with two Samsung A10s, he described the many sections and went through the features with which we were very impressed, we decided to go for the deal and he then Synchronised the phones with our existing ones which moved all the content onto the new ones. We have the same two year deal which includes, the ‘phone, calls, texts etc for around 3 per month less than at present. Thank you to Tom and his colleagues and to Three Mobile. Very friendly staff and good location. Some very good deals available. I actually just went yo have a look at the one plus 7t and 7t pro, and see what they felt like in the hand. But some of the deals are really very good. I personally have a sim only deal of unlimited data, mins and text for 18 a month. Good overall service aswell. The shop location is in the centre of town, and very easy yo get too. Staff are not too pushy as they can be in some phone shops.
