I had the pleasant experience of talking to a Nurse (who was working late). She returned my call even though it was after her working shift. She was Pleasant, Professional, Helpful and advised me accordingly. Sometimes, services given are not appreciated. In this time where people are overworked and overwhelmed, appreciation goes a long way. Thank you for your kind help yesterday.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I was being seen by the ob/gyn department while i was pregnant with my son. After having him i was advised to go back and see them for my 6 week postpartum appointment. I called, left messages and even went through the online member portal and left messages there and have only been called back once. I had missed that call due to being busy with my baby and i had called them back literally 5 minutes later and no one answered. This was well before they closed for the day and after they got back from lunch. I still have yet to get a return call and it's been 5 months since I had my son and i was supposed to be seen 6 weeks after having him. Definitely don't recommend coming here for any reason.

I used the Bond Community Health Center quite a few times. From my first visit to the most recent, I found the staff to be very professional. Although the center was always busy, I thought the facility was clean and well kept. If I ever had a concern about my account, the staff was always attentive. My prescriptions were always ready when promised. If you're looking for a great health care alternative, I think you'll be VERY happy with Bond.
