I recently visited this clinic after many years spent living in California. This place is top notch. The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable and the technology they use is world class. I wouldn’t risk my health by visiting any other clinic. I enjoy life too much.

Unfortunately the clinic try to fit too many patients in to the day, on all occasions my partner and I have made appointments we have been left waiting long past our scheduled time. On two occasions I even booked the first appointments of the day thinking it would speed things up, unfortunately it did not. On another occasion when I was waiting to have something cut out I was left in the room for about 30 minutes on my own with no explanation as to where the doctor was. I could only presume he was seeing another patient. The basic skin check appointments are charged based on how long you spend with the doctor. As lovely as he is, he loves to talk! I love a chat, but I don't want to be paying for it. The deciding factor in going to a new clinic was my last visit when I was advised a small freckle on my arm would need to be cut out. When asking the receptionist what the approximate cost would be she was very vague and dismissive saying it could be between 400 - 900. I left feeling frustrated at the time I'd wasted waiting, frustrated at the dismissive receptionist and upset at the potential money I was going to have to spend to have this small freckle removed. I decided to see the skin cancer specialist at my GP clinic and was advised it did not need to be removed. Unfortunately I will not be returning to BJSCC.

Such personable, thorough visit with Dr John Donnellan for what can be a nervous type of skin check to book.. I had a small mark frozen off during my appointment and he was really great. I'll definitely keep up my checks here and have already recommended John to others.. Although they don't bulk bill like others in the area, it is well worth coming here.

Dr John and the team here are friendly, personable and professional. My wife was recently diagnosed with melanoma and the genuine care and calmness he and team provided made the removal process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have visited Doctor Donnellan's office a couple of times for routine visits and yesterday had to go in and get something removed and the service and care his team and himself provide is second to none. He has a wealth of knowledge and made me feel really comfortable. We have found a doctor that we will always use. I have recommended him to family & friends and would highly encourage anyone who wants to get their skin checked to visit him as he is the best!
