For the area this is a nice hotel currently . It is well planned with nice touches. Yet booking comes with a risk and the people managing it will cost the owner money and customers. The parking is poor and you often have to park outside. Also, even if you book directly from their website they will not honor the reserved price listed on the confirmation. Even with proof we were challenged and had to push for a receipt for reference later. The manager Yvonne was very rude, ignorant and unprofessional but the other staff and security were very nice and accommodating . Reserve with caution.
