Very good icecream, made by an \artisan glacier\ : the guy s making his own, with good , mostly local ingredients. We tried chestnuts (one of Corse's specialty), hazelnuts, and honey&pine: they were excellent!

This is ice cream heaven. The selection is three times as big as in other ice cream parlours, from classic flavours to more exotic and even exclusive ones. All artisanal with organic ingredients (and even lactose and gluten-free). The ice cream easily ranks in my personal top 3 worldwide: 'Clementines' was just gorgeous and 'citron/mint' pure bliss. Raspberry, chocolate, vanilla, Corsican Fig,… all delicious as can be. The staff was super-friendly and patient with our indecisive kids. ;-) Prices for ice cream are as crazy as everywhere else in Corsica or France, expect 2 – 2,50 per scoop. But here, it is worth every penny.

Best ice-cream in Bonifacio. And they offer delish non-lactose options. Try the hazelnut, chocolate, pistachio, or rose petals sorbets.
