No business owner wants to hear a poor report about his or her business .After 43 years of selling and servicing boats one not so happy client is still one to many.. We are challenged everyday in ways to keep our costs down and quality up. Anyone who has ever owned a small business will tell you your staff is key. We face it every day especially during our peak season in trying to keep a balance between service done correctly and service done fast. One of the most common questions we're asked is ( can't you just fix this part ? Can't you just patch it so I can go fishing? The answer is NO ! It's done correctly or not at all. I'm sorry this fellow was disappointed with how long it took to get to him. I'm sorry he thought the quote was to high to fix an old outboard motor. There may even be some truth about my decision to put a new boat sale ahead of him. In a challenging economy I have to make a lot of tough decisions, most reflect on how to keep this Ship afloat. We have worked damn hard for many years to earn a good reputation and I only ask that you to look further than this fellow's comments before you nail us up on his cross. My name is Tom Nichols one of the owners of Bonita Boat Center I'm very proud of my place of business and I'm very proud of the great job my staff does every day. We sell great boats, give good service and we do it all at a fair price everyday, every week, and every year since 1969. I give my sincere apology to this fellow for not being able to meet his expectations. Sometimes Life isn't fair for folks on either sides of the fence.. Be happy and go boating tomorrow it will change your life!

Great experience the boat I bought was found to have a problem with the idle so Wayne the salesman made sure it was fixed before releasing the boat to me,then the depth finder failed after I took the boat home which was not covered in the warranty so I bought another and they sent a tech to my house to install it for me . Everyone was awesome Frank the owner offered to refund my money if I thought it was taking too long which I'm glad I didn't because the boat is great,Wayne did a lot to make sure it was in top shape before releasing it to me Sandra was super friendly dealing with the registration and Shawn did a great job installing the new fish finder I couldn't be happier I will buy from them again and highly recommend them

We just purchased our first used pontoon from Bonita Boat Center. Wayne was super easy to work with and made the our first boat purchase as easy as possible. We live in Key West and there's a limited number of pontoons down here. We searched for month's before finding Bonita and they were by far the easiest dealership to work with from a distance in Southern Florida!

Bought a pontoon in November and was told the sale price included a 20-hour maintenance on the motor, but then they changed their tune and said there would be a charge. The Bimini top was moldy when we removed the cover and there was a tear in the boat cover seam. (They did replace the Bimini top, that's good). Wayne the sales person was impatient and arrogant in dealing with us. We'll do no more business with them.
