Highly recommend taking some time to see this place. I was surprised at the quality of the museum for being in such a small town. There are a lot of interesting things to see from adults and kids who are just getting interested in rockets and space. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the prices in the gift shop are extremely reasonable. It was fun to walk through the history of NASA and even see some models of SpaceX rockets. We spent a little over an hour at the museum and we're happy to have made the day trip to see it.

Will definitely come back again! Great pieces with great people! They had some of Huston's control panels, we got to try on an astronauts glove, and hold pieces of an actual shuttle!
If you like science, aerospace, or simply relish incredible accomplishments of brilliant people, take a road trip to this museum. This private collection showcases hundreds of fascinating artifacts from the early space program through Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, the International Space Station, the Shuttle missions and many key space probes. They have a console from the Johnson Space Center, space suits worn by astronauts, engines, retrieved launch components, models and replicas -- the list just goes on and on. If you're an aviation enthusiast, you will really enjoy this. If you like learning about how our species went from being Earth-bound to landing on the moon in 100 years, you'll be fascinated.
Wow! This place is great! It far exceeded my expectations and I am so glad we made time to come. This is such a great place. The ladies working were great also, We felt very welcomed! We chose the tour over a walk through because... Why not. Our guide was so sweet and informed. A lot of unscripted, REAL stories. The history behind this museum is just amazing. And the pride they show in where all of these artifacts came from and what they mean. The rocket launch simulator(not video) was great and we loved seeing the actual control boards and the camera angles from a launch. It is in the top 3 things we did on our vacation and I recommend taking the guided tour because she is amazing!
Very cool place! It looks small, but has a lot of things inside! We had an amazing tour from the president of the board and he was very knowledgeable and excited about what he was talking about. Would definitely go again if in the area!
