First and foremost, the many online videos from Bonners are excellent! The initial instore service I received was similarly very good indeed. The sales and after sales process was less smooth, although the installers themselves were polite, fast and efficient. Prices extremely competitive. Read the Terms and Conditions carefully. The law is far more forgiving when it comes to online purchases than when it comes to buying instore! All said and done and most importantly, I have ended up with a piano that has far exceeded my expectations and which Bonners to their credit managed to turn around in 14 days from order.

Nice staff however as a guitar player (sort of) , in regards to the acoustic department, I should imagine it'd be in everyone's intrest were there more brands . Having said that, definitely worth a visit as its not just guitars on sale . Very good value electronic devices too.

I popped in today just to pick up some bits and bobs and to enquire about a PRS, I couldn't fault the staff one bit they were kind and informative about anything I asked about. I am not sure of the lady on the tills name but I spoke to Simon about a guitar, both were very nice members of the team.

Had a a really good experience when Tom Stevens was selling me a high end keyboard which was a very big purchase he assured me I wouldn't find it cheaper but I did later the same day and that's when they backed down on any type of refund. My first time dealing with this company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone they used these difficult times as a excuse how low can you go.
