VERY dirty tank! I have owned a tank my entire life, I understand it is not the easiest to maintain (especially with so many). But they have enough staff to at least scrub for algae. I tried to purchase a nerite snail (wont breed in freshwater) and they showed me a mystery snail (will breed in freshwater) and called it a nerite snail, very disappointed since they look very different.
Groomers here are awesome. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is because they did not do a good job on the shampooing and conditioning my dog is tiny but they still managed to miss spots on her she still smelled really bad especially on her head under her ears. I rewashed her myself at home, but grooming ain't cheap it needs to be done well.
Went to have the last puppy shot for my shepherd, the vets their work as Vetco employee's. In my opinion they are far from qualified vets it took 3 of them to administer the injection. One grabbed my pups body another on her head then the least experienced was to give the injection and was extremely hesitant, at that time I stopped them and asked for someone that has experience doing injections. The man of the group have the injection my pup was petrified by this time and yelled and screamed during the process. I will never use or recommend their services!
We had a wonderful visit here. All of our questions promptly answered and great customer service. We also got to pet a few dogs who also visited the store.
