Starting with Joshua, Very professional, took time out to meet us after hours to accommodate us. Was very clear and concise with his information. Excellent combination of professional and personal. Brenda was efficient and timely in ensuring everything happened as it should. Great team. Looking forward to living under the room of such a management team.
I really enjoyed working with Bon Locataires. I felt so taken care of throughout the whole process. From finding the listing online, watching the 360 tour, visiting in person, to signing the lease, it was all top! I highly recommend them.
Tried to visit an appartment and was given only one date with a precise time. Said I couldn't make it and was told to send my wife...Poor customer service, rude on the phone and bad availabilities. ALSO it seems they can't take criticism. EDIT: following the answer they provided, I went to 1 star: This kind of behavior proves the great lack of profesionalism of this company : giving partially my supposedly number in the reply ? Seriously ? I'll share the picture of the ridiculus answer and insult they sent me. Just go with someone else, they are not worth your time and can't even take criticism.
