Great place to buy books. Very helpful and friendly staff. Some books are in English, though mostly books are offered in Ukrainian. Otherwise, one can order books from their online store. There are multiple stores spread around Kyiv.

As far as I know, it's the only book store around, so that's surely there one to visit )) If you need a quick postcard for B-day or a good looking printed edition - it's a nice place to get it. It's not a 4-floor mall though, so don't expect all the books of the world. It's more like a magic wand to save you right when you need it

Modern book collection
Є\ is my favouirite bookstore chain in Kyiv, and this very store is my absolute favourite. It is very spacious, rarely crowded and has a great selection of books in every category. There are numerous volumes in the English section, some editions are brand new. The prices are reasonable, staff polite, friendly and eager to help.

Large store with plenty of books to choose from. Has a big section of books in English, including fantasy and classics. It even had a stand with free news magazines in English! Probably one of the best bookstores I've been to so far.
Very polite and pleasant staff, always ready to help. Many popular and interesting books and also world bestsellers in Ukrainian at a great price. There is a discount system.
