Marc did a great job repairing my vintage alto saxophone. Quickly and accurately targeted the problems and fixed them. Horn plays like new. Won't take it anywhere else. The store is also nice and has a pleasant staff.

Instructors are nice & knowledgeable enough. Billing not up to par and keeping to scheduled lessons could be improved upon. Bob at the front desk is friendly & helpful. Instructor Maria is great. Place is tidy & well kept. Overall experience with The Music Shop is mixed.

We have rented a couple instruments and had no issues. Staff pleasantly assisted with selection and rental process. Debbie has always been great with repairs. She explains what needs to be repaired, the reason for repair, and is educated on each instrument.
