This is really unfortunate that we cannot rate 0 star ! Had them coming for a survey and spent the last 10 days chasing a quote. Had them today on the phone and Matthew lied saying that he said last week to my partner that he could not do the job. Too bad for you, I was next to my partner when he called you 2 days ago and you lied to him saying the quote was on his way. Where is YOUR PROFESSIONALISM and YOUR HONESTY ? Clearly AVOID AT ALL COST !

This company did a great job of moving us to our new home. Nothing was too much trouble, from getting parking boxes to advice on packing through to the lads carry everything to exactly where we wanted it. Even huge plants in plant pots were painstakingly heaved into the garden. They packed everything well and carefully carried the furniture into the house, they were well mannered and courteous throughout the whole day. The price was competitive too, I would definitely recommend Bootham Removals.
