This is a recommended activity to do in Hamburg for sure; great way to see the beautiful city canals, light exercise and chill. Especially with a partner in crime or good company. The staff service seemed to be alright when we were getting on the boat, though I was not the one to speak with the sales staff (lucky, by the sounds of the other reviews). Tip: Can get quite cold (wear good layers and even bring a blanket), ideally go when it is sunny (so bring shades/ sun glasses), bring your own beers and some cheeky snacks. Overall good experience with fond memories there.

The park is amazing, huge, full of nature, lots of people hanging around, sitting and having a beer or wine, awesome place to visit, there is also children area and a lake where outdoor activities can be practiced, totally recommend specially in the summer or sunny days.
