Bought a multipurpose ladder that is 15ft 4x4 for 15K, I checked it on the spot and after I came home and it was strong and incredibly lightweight, since the ladder can be folded it can be stored and moved around the house with ease, the seller is friendly and I can most definitely recommend JTC
This is a great place to buy aluminum ladders. They have many varieties of them in their stores. Kind and very helpful people. I visited them to buy a ladder for a small work. Finally they offered me a ladder to use for a week free of charge.
I had an urgent order that I placed with JTC, a simple small order item, but urgent nonetheless! Having ordered my item at 4.30pm I was so desperate I called the hotline to make sure they had recieved my order almost immediately. To my surprise the gentleman on the phone had already identified my order from their system and assured me that they would do their very best to send it to me as soon as possible. With my best of expectations being a next day delivery, I was truly surprised when JTC delivered the item to me that very evening, not even four hours after ordering. The help line called me back and put me in touch with the driver for directions and everything was coordinated prefectly. Really appreciate this kind of service and communication. Keep it up guys!
