Repaired the vehicle body really well after an accident. They could not fix an engine miss on the same vehicle(Toyota). They didn't charge the battery and vehicle was very low on petrol causing it to stop in Boralesgamuwa before the nearest fuel station. Edit 1: addressing the owner's comment. Thank you for your reply. We mentioned that we want the engine issue fixed while handing the vehicle over to you. The mechanics also mentioned the engine miss and we said again that it needs to be fixed as well. You said that you will fix the other issues after the body repair. You said that your scans indicate a throttle position sensor issue and that you could not find the actual fault. You recommended to take the vehicle to a Toyota specialist. Also that spare parts for the vehicle are very hard to find and you checked up to Kurunegala which I really appreciate. The battery is a new one. It was discharged due to the vehicle being used rarely and being parked for a long time for body repairs. Battery is fine after being charged at the next repair shop we took it to. One of the faults was a disconnected crankcase ventilation valve. The next shop found that issue very fast. Next fault was with the idle air control valve as the drive motor has shorted out.

Took my F10 for a transmission slipping issue. They advised that car has run beyond the normal mileage for ATF. Gave a written quote and booked the car in for the required work in less than 2 weeks due to current delays in getting parts down. Work was done in a day and the car has been running smooth since. One of the better places around if you have a BMW.
Took my vehicle for the first time today (one of my friends recommend it) really loved the place and the staff is friendly. They did an excellent job on the vehicle and I would recommend it.

Very bad service, very rude unprofessional behaviour from the owner. I went to this place yesterday to get an inspection done on my BMW, They do not let you stay near the vehicle when the work is being done. When they were inspecting the coolant system, they managed to break my coolant level sensor system. Instead of repairing it, they simply bypassed the sensor secretly and said everything was ok, When I came home I inspected the coolant reservoir and found out they haven't even connected the plug to the sensor. Instead of repairing what they broke, they simply used a small copper wire and bypassed the coolant level sensor. I went home thinking that everything was okay when actually my coolant level sensor was not working and showing a false ok. They will hack your car and make it seem ok counting on the fact that you don't know anything. And they will destroy the car. The owner Mr. Upendra was very rude when I confronted him about this, but he had no choice but to accept because the technician who did it came there and accepted what he did, I made sure to get everything on video as well. Even when he had to accept because of the technician, he never apologised and kept on talking back giving various childish excuses in a very rude, carefree way. Very unprofessional rude behaviour on top of bad service. The worst workshop I've ever been to. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who cares about their car. You will definitely come home with more problems in the car. Stay away from these fools.
