The best custom home builder in Scottsdale! They were very professional to work with and the quality of their work is second to none. We were impressed by the attention to detail from start to finish and the Bordeaux team provided us with superb design advice and planning. I’m writing this so another first time renovation customer doesn’t have the same experience as I did. Until my current kitchen renovation I had nothing to compare the experience to. Now I know. Last year I hired Bordeaux to renovate the 2 bathrooms in my home. They were in bad shape. New drywall, plumbing, electric- everything had to be repaired & replaced. I’m just going to point out some “red flags” and not list every issue I dealt with. I gave Sean an idea of how much I wanted to spend & the bid was a little high- nothing outrageous. My bathrooms are small. Very small. It took 7 weeks to complete them. Same 2 workers did all of the work. Plumbing, electrical, tile floors, paint. RED FLAG. Some days they just would work at my house for an hour. They took over a week off at Xmas leaving me with one partially completed bathroom and the walls down in the other which was unusable. They left tools and debris ON MY BED. My job was not a priority. That was painfully evident. They were sloppy. They were clearly not plumbers and when there was a leak before completion I had my own licensed plumber come out to diagnose the issue. I spent over 35,000 and the work was not great. It looks sloppy. They didn’t respect the fact that my child and I lived in the house during the 7 weeks. Or they didn’t care. BEWARE.

It seems really hard to find a good builder today. I'm glad I happened upon Bordeaux Builders online. I loved the photos of their work and they seem to be constantly updating their website. I called and they actually answered their phones. They did a phenomenal job for me! Their staff had some great suggestions about where to save money yet the house ended up nicer than I envisioned. Honest and great communicators!
