It's a dungeon smell very mouldy, the ceiling hieght is not more than 6 feet (2 meters) We got our room in the fourth floor and what a mistake. This room is dangerous and I don't think the city should allow such a room, every step you take you will hit your head in either the ceiling or the wooden beams that is 45 degree down from both sides and also and also in the middle (check the photos)\u003cbr/\u003eI asked if there is less dangerous room, the answer was no.\u003cbr/\u003eThe location is good but,,,,,, I don't need to mention the washroom... I will leave it to your imagination

It was so close to the city center! The rooms were nice, the bathroom was a bit outdated but not necessarily an issue. The staff was really helpful, breakfast was surprisingly tasty and we just really enjoyed the fact that the city center was right around the corner.

The location is in the heart of the city which is great! However, the room was extremely noisy. Staff was very polite and helpful and the breakfast was nice. But the room and the elevator were extremely small and the air smelled like something very old and dusty! Major downside is lack of refrigerator in the room! Could be a great place but desperately needs renovation!

The hotel is centrally located. We booked a room for 3 and were given a tiny space on the 4th floor attic area with no window and the smallest bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable.

1 star for location is about it. Room was small and bathroom smelt horrific of God knows what, maybe mould. Will not stay here next time I visit Bordeaux

It's nearly in the city centre of Bordeaux. All sites to visit are in walking distance. Public park house is opposite the hotel and quite expensive. The staff at the reception is polite and speaks English very well. All the rooms go to one of the always populated streets which are quite noisy also during the night. The price is quite high for the rather simple and very small rooms. Cleanliness has some potential to improve.

Rooms really small and not clean. Showers are mody and very small. Chubby people.. No Chance... We changed the hotel next day. Positive.. nice and friendly stuff...

This hotel has been over sold. Much smaller than expected. Shower and toilet tiny. In urgent need of redecoration. The so called business and lounge areas don't really exist. They are some seats in a corridor. Breakfast barely makes the grade of a continental style buffet. Very minimalist. Could be cleaner.
