Clean, warm (in December), well equipped room, double door! (not so noisy), nice kitchen. Perfectly located - 5 minutes from tram, 20 minutes by foot from the centre. Good price, friendly and helpful staff. The TV could have been bigger, and we would have enjoyed more channels, but it's okay. The breakfast was correct.

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but lovely inside. All staff were very friendly and helpful, the room clean and sufficient and the breakfast we paid extra for was worth every euro! A very happy stay in Bordeaux, and would definitely stay their again.

Well located but grim apartment. Comfortable beds, adequate kitchen. No safety rail in bathroom. Tiny towel for two adults for two days!

We were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette and a large bedroom upstairs. The breakfast buffet was nice. The location of the hotel is close to the river, but not very close to touristy sights.

Me and my boyfriend woke up every day for the noise of the building. It sound like someone pulling a furniture above us. It was quite annoying. Anyway, the location of the accomodation was perfect for us, next to unilife and everything was a walk away.

Quite spacious apartments of two rooms with kitchen and bathtub, blow-dryer, plenty towels, toiletries, double bed, everything very clean, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, couch, tv, air-conditioning, plenty closets, dining table, work desk in the bedroom, good wifi, nice staff, 20 min walking distance from centre (The Mirror Fountain) and only 55-63 per night. Quiet area in the old pitoresque town (UNESCO protected Chartrons quarter).

My wife and I want to say a big thankyou to Romy Gadeyne (Responsable de site) who was so thoughful and helpful when my wife tripped on the badly broken pavement outside the hotel and broke her arm.
