Hotel is in a good condition. Reception was fast and friendly. Ideal for a quick visit to Bordeaux (1-2nights). Free parking allows to simply drop your luggage/car and walk for tourism. The room was neat, a bit of noise from other rooms but not an issue. Bathroom was neat and comfortable.

Great stay, very friendly desk person. Spoke English very well. The breakfast person is nice. You have to hard boil your own eggs. Clean rooms, AC worked great. Close to a mall, with a market inside. Public tram is adjacent to the mall. Super easy to use. Great restaurant close to hotel
Lovely little hotel close to the city of bourdeux so plenty of things to see and do nearby. Hotel staff spoke english as well as french and were very accomodating. Room was nice and tidy. Good levels of cleanliness especially regarding covid-19 regulations
I did a reservation for a triple room on January for a stay in May 2020. Due to the Covid-19 we were finally not able to go as we are not allowed to leave Spain during this period. Therefore, I did the cancellation on March 31st and asked for the reimboursement then. I wrote them 3 e-mails afterwards, but never received an answer. I called them today and there is an automatic message with a "Christmas holiday message" and the box mail is full, so I presume they are not answering anyone. I understand the pandemic is an exceptional situation, but I think clients deserve to be answered via e-mail at least.
Reasonable cost hotel within short walk of centre, close to tram line and big supermarket
Very well located only 10 minute walk into the main shopping area. Room was comfortable but needs tea/coffee making facilities. Free parking a massive bonus. One issue with the room was the drain smell.
Great location and good reception. I would like to recommend them to change the bed sheet more often. The weather is really hot last couple of days.
Great value for money for a short holiday. Would not recommend longer stay.
