I was going through transit cars line. Rude personal, almost no one speaks English. Long waiting times. No personal in serving windows, people had to go to main office and ask someone to come. I almost had was shot for trying to go to the toilet in the main building. Inspector started screaming and forcing me to go back to the car. Although half an hour before I was charging my phone there for almost an hour.

On 31. Dec. passed from Poland to Ukraine at 10:00am in \u003c 30minutes. On the way back from Ukraine to Poland, some days later - 6 hours at temperatures around 0. I was trembling, shaking, because of the cold. The queue moved so slowly. I seems it's the Polish side. Like the two guys in the car with an UA number plate before me, I had to unpack all my bags for examination. The controller even asked me to lift the cover of the spare wheel in the trunk. Then she asked me, where I'm going to - \home\ I replied, \it's not your business\, I thought. \Did you completely refill the tank of your car?\, she wanted to know. Well of course, of course I refill my car. What does she think? That I travel two times 800km to and from Ukraine, because the gasoline is so cheap? In Ternopil, where I started to travel back, I checked the waiting time online (kordon.sfs.gov.ua) - \27min\, said the website, but when I arrived at the border, there was already a huge queue (unfortunately, no mobile internet). Next time I try a different border (perhaps Hungary) or go by plane.
Never again this Borderline, after 4 hours ukraine border and here 2 hours more waited! 6 hours from my life gone!:( never again! 0 star, 1 star too much!!
Quite busy border crossing most of the times. When going from Cracow to Lvov, Stanislawow best option. Customs control automized, baggage checked through scanner, if any suspection you will be asked to open your bags. Serious staff, quite fast documents check. We were on Sunday, around 3pm.
Passed this border twice. The procedure is quick and Polish side is normal. But be prepared to wait several hours in the queu (probably they have so many lunches that you have to wait). In my opinion the best time to pass this border is at night, at 2-3 AM. P.S. Please don't use bio-toilets along the road, they are really awful!

Polish side is extremely delaying the process even for EU citizens entering Eu. Around midnight we had to unload all bags from the car including infant seat, waking up a year old daughter. The same way was treated a family in a car in front of us and pregnant woman in a car behind. I wish all the polish officers to be treated the same dishonest way they do to the people crossing the border. Ukrainian officers were on contrary quite helpful allowing us skip the line with baby.
