I was stuck on the side of the highway in the dark between Panhandle and Amarillo after work after running over something that punctured my tire. I called my insurance road side assistance thinking that it would be no problem. NO ONE from Amarillo would come help me. I had no idea what I was gonna do. Geico spent an hour trying to find someone to come and help. Finally my insurance company called me back and said they finally found someone to come. ETA one hour. 45 minutes later Mitchell from Refinishing Systems came all the way from Borger ! I was so relieved. I was impressed with this young man . He was so curteous and was willing to tow my car or fix my tire. In no time he changed my tire for me and made sure I didn't need anything else. I had never heard of Refinishing Systems before so I called them next day to tell them how thankful I was for them coming and to also tell them what a great job Mitchell did. I then found out about all the other services they provide. Because they were willing to come and help me when no one else would , and because Mitchell was so professional and kind I will definitely be seeing these guys again. THANK YOU REFINISHING SYSTEMS for saving the day for me .

Okay people again, this is the digital age and the comment is right about it being credible or not. But the real story is the tow truck driver got there did not want to give any pricing or did not want to direct my owner of the truck to anyone to make sure that the price was fair. We get to the yard and the owner decides not to do the repairs because of their overcharging. Once this company found out the owner was not going to pay their charges he decided to withdraw any Services because they try to charge 1,000 for a 2-mile tow. Which I have in writing and on a recorded message. So if people want to really state facts you give your pricing upfront not when you have their truck in your yard to try and gouge them out of more money because they are not using your mechanic.

These guys are beyond great! I brought my truck to them to have some paint work done to it and they went above and beyond to far exceed my expectation!! My truck looks better than new, thank you for the customer service provided and for getting me back on track!

We had a large family passing through and got a flat tire in the middle of a highway. They came within 15 minutes of speaking to them and even sent another employee with a separate vehicle to help bring us all to the closest town! The owner, Matt Armstrong, even had Harvey’s open up on a Saturday and fix our tire for us! Some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve met!
