Fast, friendly and reliable local service! We called Monday to set up an appointment to clean our office print/copy/scan/ fax machine, and Davis came out the very next day. He got us back up and running with a clean Ricoh in no time. Highly recommend, thanks Borne!

My husband bought his hard drive to Mr. Davis Borne a few months after we got married. A month had gone by, numerous phone calls to the Bornes asking for updates. Each time he was given an excuse as to why no progress was made. Some time later he was told that there was an issue with the circuit board and they couldn't fix it but the son would transfer the footage to another one of my husband's hard drives. Since then the hard drive has been sitting on their counter untouched. When asked for an update, he was told that the son had another job but would get to it as soon as he could. Well 2 days ago Mr. Davis Borne gives the hard drive back to my husband in pieces. My husband ask Mr. Borne to please return the hard drive in the manner in which it was giving to the shop (mind you it was not in 6 pieces). We went to pick up the hard drive yesterday, yet again Mr. Bornes returns the hard drive to us in a plastic bag (still in pieces). So, I ask him why didn't he put it back together, since he took it apart. Mr. Bornes starts yelling at the top of his lungs. I repeatedly asked Mr. Borne to lower his voice because we had not done him anything for him to be yelling at us! Well he continues to yell stating that he is \NOT GOING TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER\. At this point I am still calm, until he tells me that it is okay for him to yell at me because him daughter was in an accident and my husband did not offer him a nickel. Well we didn't have a problem paying him, but he didn't fix anything nor did he return the hard drive back to the condition in which we gave it to him. ON TOP OF THAT HE SLAMMED AND LOCKED THE DOOR ON US AS WE EXITED. We were really hoping to have the hard drive fixed, it has our wedding footage on it and this month is our 1-year anniversary!! Thanks for nothing Mr. Borne. All this time has passed and nothing has been done to fix the hard drive.
