They closed office and no one answer the phone call. They took all the landlord''s rent and Teatants deposit. It's so disgusting. We need take legal action and unite together to get our money back

It is a shame you even have to give one star as for me it would be none at all. I am self employed and done a job for Boro Properties last August, still have not been paid well over 6-7 months later. I sent them an invoice straight away for the job I did, I actually took it in to their office personally, they said on the phone that they ll pay me cash but then they couldn’t for reasons unknown to many. Went back a week later to find out what is happening, they assured me that they ll transfer the payment. Did not happen. Saying something that they can’t pay me until they get the ok from the tenants to hold back the deposits. They had all excuses for why not paying when I spoke to the actual landlord it turned out they held money back from them as well. Later they put the phone down on me when I called. I do jobs for other estate agencies and all the excuses Boro Properties came up with was unheard of. If this is the way they treat people, contractors, tenants and landlords alike they definitely should not be in business. If you are thinking of dealing with this particular agency ( be it as tenant, landlord or contractor ) my advice would be to avoid them at all costs and find other agents in the area that are reliable, trustworthy and have your best interest in heart unlike Boro Properties.

I would give no stars even minus absolutely disgusting people to deal with and do nothing but take money and threatning behaviour discusting people avoid at all cost
