We have recently moved house and needed to source some appliances quite quickly, we were aware of Borshch Electric Dudley through local knowledge and decided to pay them a visit. Initially we purchased a temporary fridge freezer and dealt with Alison who was most helpful and very obliging. We collected it on the arranged date and it was a perfect, smooth transaction - couldn’t fault anything! Very pleased. Next our integrated washer dryer decided to give up so we immediately got in touch with Borshch again and spoke to a very helpful and polite guy called James who arranged a replacement which we could collect the same day as the showroom was now closed due to COVID. Overall both transactions were excellent with high quality goods and a wide choice of products available, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and use them again. Good service
Went in on Saturday after our washing machine broke. Walked in, track and trace details taken quickly, allowed to wander around in peace knowing staff bailable to help if needed. Picked machine we wanted, paid, and helped me to load onto my van. All done in less than 15 minutes. Great friendly service. Fully recommend and will use again when needed!
Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable and wash/dryer delivered on time and fitted.
Brilliant customer service today. I need a fridge freezer urgently and James gave me a video tour of the current stock. I can now place my order and book delivery!
