Usually good. One time I was asked what kind of cheese I wanted so I said I'll take the American and opened my sandwich after I was done & they didn't have any cheese in! Same for my chum
Poor customer service! Stopped to get a sandwich at 9:23pm and the gal said “sorry, we have to clean,” when I asked if I could get a sandwich! Interesting, since Subway closes at 10pm.

Stood there for 30 minutes waiting for our sandwiches to get done. The one starting the sandwiches was doing well and actually had a line up of sandwiches. He asked the other to start putting on fixings. The one suppose to be doing the fixings was working on a to go order, while there was a line up of 4-5 people waiting also for theirs. He was asked to put it on hold to run us all through. I mentioned all of our sandwiches are going to be cold. Well, 30 minutes later, the lady in front of us (with only a 6 inch sub) and ours (3 foot longs) are cold. We get home to cold sandwiches with rock hard bread from getting cold. Not good at all! I was very close on walking out and leaving them. But, I'm usually not like that. I could have run circles around him. You can't be having you customers wait that long. I for one will not be using the Boscobel Subway again. It use to be much better than this. If you want to keep business, one needs to step up to the plate and get things back in place.
