The receptionist there is a reflection of this place! I didn’t even go to my appointment because of her bad customer service over the phone! They don’t do confirmation calls and they literally hang up in your face when you call to confirm your own appointment. The absolute worst customer service I have seen in a doctors office. Quick care has better customer service than them

Do not go here, they’re slow, the office is dirty, and the doctor is hateful. She had my wife in office and kept making faces and rolling her eyes the whole time. She’s a smart aleck. Once my wife went and saw a different doctor and told them about Dr Bowman that doctor said she gets tons of patients who had terrible experiences with her. A complete lack of care. Avoid avoid avoid this place. Also found out from a previous coworker of hers that she had an issue with “someone writing prescriptions in her name” sounds really off to me. They also said she was incompetent.

I have been charged on 3 separate occasions for services that I did not receive. I made an appt for a vaccination the receptionist said they had. Upon arrival, I was told they did not have them. My insurance was charged despite not being seen. Dr bowmans bed side manners were rude. After looking at my young son, she made several comments about my education and having children so young. I have been searching for a dr ever since. I saw her for one appt, charged for 4 appts, and I will never go back.

My review keeps getting taken down but dr Bowman was very ugly to me and made me cry. I’ve never had a dr make me feel that way. She talked down to me and mocked me as well as my fertility issues. I tell everyone to avoid going to this clinic. May I add, I went else where with my issues that she ignored and my baby and I both almost lost our lives. He is still in the NICU. Dr Bowman was negligent and mean.

Dr. Bowman and her staff were very professional. I was treated with dignity and respect during the spread of COV-19. They followed protocol and I am well pleased.
