I came in for a drug screen and was unable to give them the amount of urine they requested. I then asked for a hair sample to be taken instead, and said I was ok paying extra for that test since I knew I would not be able to give enough urine. I was charged for both exams even though only 1 sample was tested! I am happy to pay for the hair test they performed, but being charged for a urine test that was never even performed is wrong. It would also be nice to have the rules explained of the test before it is performed so people will not get in the mess I was in after starting it, but that is not the big issue.

I visited the clinic to have a COVID-19 test performed. The staff was amazing, the clinic director performed my test. She was so professional and kind. She came to my car so i did not have to come inside. Had my results in 15 minutes. Will highly recommend this clinic.

The waiting room was dirty to begin with. I had to wait forever for my DOT exam. And this little man-lady that runs the place was screaming and wagging her finger in the face of the receptionist. It was just too much going on for a professional clinic. It was not a good visit for me.

I had to take a physical today and wasn’t to thrilled about it. I went to this clinic and my blood pressure was high. The NP I saw, Sally, took time to talk with me and made me relax. By the time the physical was over, I felt like we were old friends. This is how you should be treated in a medical clinic.
