Check in was easy and the staff was courteous. 200 due at time of visit seemed a bit steep to me though. The wait time was reasonable. My biggest complaint was that I never saw the doctor. I only saw a PA. I can honestly say this is the first time I have never actually seen the doctor I made an appointment with. This may be common, but not in my experience. I paid to see a doctor not a PA. That's like paying a lawyer's rate, but getting the paralegal. That being said, the PA was great.

Pleasant experience.staff is always courteous and polite. Wait time was a bit long but not extremely long, considering the covid-19 situation. Dr. Mays has a very warm and kind bedside manner. He answered all my concerns and gave me a great report. Fine physician!

Everyone I encountered during my visit from the front desk, to X-ray, to his nurse, his PA, as well as Dr. Mays himself, were very thorough, professional, and kind. Dr Mays is great. He's very professional and caring. I never felt like he was in a huge rush to get out of the room. He took his time to explain what my issue with my knee was and what my surgical options were. He listened to my concerns. If in the future I need to have something else done he will be my choice. Excellent surgeon!
