Would not even see me for a toothache...had an appt with dentist next week...an urgency from out of town...not all people in pain are addicts people!!!

The nurses and doctors and great, but the front desk receptionist is rude. She doesn’t welcome you, complains about working and not being home, and watches Vampire Diaries on her phone or computer. The clinic would be great if the front desk was different. Word for word quote, “I will lock that door in someone’s face” when speaking about patients coming into the clinic after 1:45.

I love Dr. Molly Marranto. She listens to you and ask lots of questions. She doesn’t just throw something at you, she throughly listens and evaluates your health. She’s make you very comfortable and not embarrassed to discuss uncomfortable issues. She’s really good!!!

Worst front desk experience ever. I had two family members try to go get tested for Covid due to exposure and symptoms and they refused to even let them see a doctor. I am assuming it was close to time of them closing both times and they did not want to admit another patient. When I confronted the lady about being tested she informed me that if you are being tested because you were exposed, you should just assume you have it, if you are trying to go back to work they will not test you for that, and if you are trying to get any kind of test results they will not give you that either. She then told us we might as well just go somewhere else. This place needs to be shut down or find some new staff.

This is the most unprofessional group of healthcare providers I’ve ever encountered. No greeting. Wanted to discuss my medical condition at the reception desk which is in violation of HIPPA and then lied about what provider was there. No compassion. The PA did not listen to my lungs, look in my ears or throat and wanted to diagnose me without any further testing or exam. I will not be going back.
