We rented a unit from here and they randomly changed our unit price so we are paying an extra 20 bucks! They said it was because of property value but didn't even notify us about it before they did this. and now when we went to get our stuff out because we are moving there was rat droppings all over our stuff!

DO NOT rent here. They say tou can get out of the gate until 7 pm. I have been trapped in here TWICE having to call the fire department to get me out.

If I could rate ZERO, I WOULD! These people will sell your things without you knowing and will lie about it to cover it up. They sold all our personal things we can't even get back. They sold our stuff and didn't even send us a notice or nothing about selling our stuff and we had that storage for 3 years with NO PROBLEM. But when new management came about that's when things start happening. Dumb fools.
